Before I jump in and create you a quote, let’s spend a bit of time getting to know your needs and expectations.

When a single free call isn’t enough, you can grab an obligation-free Project Planning Package to walk you through scoping out what your project needs.

This package includes:

An initial hour-long Zoom call to understand your overall project.

A custom list of questions for you and your team to answer which will help clarify your goals and requirements.

A second call to discuss your answers and define the project needs further.

Possible research on my part to ensure the technology solutions I’m suggesting are the best fit for your needs.

A third call to nail down the parameters of the training deliverables, after which I can provide you with a no-obligation quote on the training discussed or a document outlining the project that you could provide to a developer of your choice.

All of the above is provided for a one-time, up-front payment of $499 AUD.

FAQs

From the receipt of payment, you will have 30 days to complete the three calls. If that timeline doesn’t work for your project, please contact me to discuss your needs.

When payment is received, I’ll contact you to schedule in the three calls at a suitable time. Since you will have questions to answer after the first call, the time needed to gather that information will be factored in between calls.

If you notify me 24 hours before the call, then I can reschedule to another time that suits at no extra cost. If the call is rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, then a fee of $100 AUD will be charged. 

Not a problem! Each extra call will be charged at $150, with the payment required before the session.

There is no obligation to use me as your developer. At the end of this package I can either create a quote or I can provide you a brief overview document that you can provide to any other developer of your choice.
